• do you want to ban or encourage cantilever homes over driveways or do you want to ban or encourage rooftop decks?
• do you want to allow larger curb cuts for 2 car garages? If yes, this means less street parking. If no, it is harder to get in & out of garage. Do we require driveways large enough for parking?
