Redondo Beach Skate Park Feasibility Study

RB Council has been exploring adding skate parks to our parks. Redondo Beach hired @Spohn Ranch, Inc to prepare a feasibility study to develop and evaluate the concepts suggested by a Redondo resident. The five sites were analyzed and ranked with respect to 6 criteria:
  1. visibility
  2. accessibility
  3. suitability
  4. barriers to being shovel ready
  5. supporting amenities and infrastructure and
  6. environmental impacts
