RB Pier Waterfront Project News – Meeting April 12, 2018

A Superior Court judge has issued a preliminary ruling saying Measure C does not apply to CenterCal’s Waterfront project. The declaratory judgement will be issued on April 24.

Until then, the Coastal Commission will review the project application, the boat ramp appeal, and Measure C on April 12 at the RB Public Library upstairs.

The meeting begins at 9am and this item should be heard around 10:30am.

The room holds 100 people and there will be overflow seating and a video feed of the meeting in the council chambers. The Coastal Commission will make a final determination at their August meeting.
