Mail Delivery Update & Survey
City Council asked Congressman Ted Lieu’s Office to help us with the Redondo Beach Postal Service. We were able to get a few things remedied right away such as accepting packages at the North Redondo Beach Post Office.
I received some feedback that the mail service has improved such as mail is getting delivered everyday and it is being delivered during daylight hours. Please let me know if your service has improved by taking the survey below:

Our mail carrier Paul (we live on Johnston) is great! We have not experienced a decline in service throughout the pandemic. He’s on time, professional, friendly and even brings treats for our dog!
We get such little mail that it seems a waste of resources to deliver 6/7 days per week. Nice to get packages but 3 days a week would be more than sufficient.
I really didn’t like the night delivery from liability/insurance perspective.
There are very few days that our mail is deliver before 5:00 pm. Most of the time it’s there by 9:00 pm.
I usually go get the mail the next morning. There are 2 or 3 days when we don’t get any mail, which is Ok sense most of our mail is junk mail or advertisement
