Green Festival at Adams Middle School

Rylee Goldfarb, an eighth grader at Adams Middle School, is working towards a greener world. “I’ve always wanted to make the environment a better place,” she said. “Each year I go bigger and bigger.” Rylee has been working with Grades of Green since her Madison Elementary days. Grades of Green is an environmental nonprofit based in El Segundo that works with students around the globe to design programs that inspire others to make a difference. Heal the Bay, Bolsa Chica Conservancy, Too Many Bunnies Rescue, bee keeper Susan Rudnicki and many other exhibitors were on hand to inspire and educate festival goers.
