• Redondo Beach North Branch Library 2000 Artesia Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90278

Prop 6 proposes to repeal SB1.

The Redondo Beach City Council is endorsing No on Proposition 6. Why? If Proposition 6 passes, Redondo Beach citizens will lose $19.3 Million over the next 10 years and $1.2 Million during 2018/2019.

In 2018, Redondo received over $400,000 from SB1 which we are using for capital improvements of commercial streets in North Redondo around the Northrop Grumman area.

In 2019, the Redondo section of Manhattan Beach Blvd is getting an $850,000 makeover unless Prop 6 passes.

No on Prop 6 ensures $850,000 for MBB Blvd. plus $350,000 towards street rehabilitation in 2019 alone.
